Reconnect, Reflect, Restore – Join Us for Our 2025 Mindfulness Retreat

In a world that moves fast, taking time to pause and breathe can feel like a luxury. That’s why we’re so excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual Mindfulness Retreat Fundraiser — a day to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and support families and caregivers who are walking alongside loved ones facing mental health challenges.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning after last year’s retreat, this is your chance to rest, recharge, and experience a meaningful day of presence and reflection. Scroll down to register and to read the full event details.

Dāna
In the spirit of generosity (dāna), we gently offer an opportunity at the end of the retreat for participants to contribute what they feel called to or able to — to support the facilitators and future programming.
There is no expectation or pressure to give, this practice simply honors the tradition of mindful giving, rooted in gratitude. Any contributions to this event may help support the following:
  • Facilitator honoraria
  • Subsidized participant spaces
  • Future retreats or wellness programming
  • Ongoing support services for families and caregivers accessing our organization
Please contact our Community + Programs Coordinator, Lauryn, at lauryn@emotionsbc.ca if you have any questions or require assistance with registering.
A heartfelt thank you to Schill Insurance for returning as our lead sponsor this year. Your support makes this retreat possible.
