What We Offer + The Work We Do

We are all on our own journeys and at various stages and are looking for different ways of improving our mental health and wellness. Whether we are caregivers of someone who needs our support, or whether it’s us needing that little bit of extra care and feeling of connection with others who may be experiencing similar feelings, our groups and programs provide just that.

Together, we create IMPACT! Community. Empowerment. Validation. Empathy. Courage. Mindfulness.

Our Groups

Caregiver Support Group

Our support group provides a safe opportunity for families/caregivers who have a loved one experiencing mental health challenges to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or generally telling their story, without the feeling of being judged, to a group of like minded peers.

Caregiver Skills Group

Our skills group is for families/caregivers who have a loved ones experiencing mental health challenges and takes our support group one step further by learning skills that may help in understanding, coping and communicating better. Our skills are based on DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy).

Our Programs

Mindfulness Program

Six-Week Program ~ Developing Your Beginner Practice

The concept of mindfulness helps us focus on being in the moment and without judgement. This process can help forge connection with not only our loved ones, but with everyone we come in contact with in our busy and distracting lives.

Essential Skills Program

Eight-Week Program of Effective Skill-Building

This program equips families and caregivers who have loved ones (of any age) faced with mental health challenges and very big feelings, by teaching skills, providing information and support to fuel connection with their loved one, as well as learn amongst others who are going through similar situations.

Corporate Workshops + Seminars
