In-Person Support and Skills for Families + Caregivers

Having a loved one in crisis can be difficult for everyone. If you are feeling alone, overwhelmed and a bit hopeless, then this group might help you not feel so isolated. This group, led by facilitators with lived experience, brings people together who are going through similar situations by creating a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space. Sharing and learning together as a “community” creates wellness for the whole family system.

Our groups are finished for the year, but don’t worry, we’ll be back in January of 2024!
