It’s amazing to think that we’re slowing moving into fall and the weather is changing amongst other things that come with seasonal change.  Things that we don’t have any control over unfortunately.  Wouldn’t it be great to be able to control everything!

This is such a great lesson in observing others things in our life that we don’t have control over, such as anything external to ourselves really.  We can control however how we respond to people and situations with awareness, using skills and making sure we are open to it.

While we may not have much control over much, we certainly always have influence which can sometimes be more important and meaningful to building connected relationships with others and ourselves.
